Virtual Cacao Community
A time to slow down, drink Cacao, and connect with yourself and a community.
Join us the first Friday of the month at 10:30 AM EST via Zoom
A Cacao circle is a beautiful spiritual space to gather in a supportive container. Take a moment to connect deeper with yourself, community, and the elements within and around you. Find more mental and emotional clarity, and embrace more self-love and self-care.
Alexandria leads a ceremony of reflection. Always being mindful of the cultural respect and sacred practice of this healing ritual. The core of each ceremony opens the gateway to connection and contemplation, dissolving any barriers that separate us from ourselves and the world around us.
This inspires us to live in a more authentic space and celebrate the uniqueness of each other. Cacao is a time to express our gratitude for all that we are and all that we have.

How to Prepare for a Virtual Cacao Ceremony
Here are some essential steps to help you make the most of this ancient ritual from the comfort of your own home.
1. Gather the Necessary Supplies
To fully engage with the virtual cacao ceremony, you will need a few supplies:
Sacred Cacao: Purchase high-quality, ceremonial-grade cacao from a reputable source. This ensures that you are working with a pure and energetically potent substance. I highly recommend Cacao Laboratory. You can use code: ALEXM10 for a special savings.
A ceremonial cup: Find a special mug or cup solely dedicated to your cacao ceremonies. This vessel should resonate with you and hold your intention as you drink the cacao.
Optional accompaniments: Consider including additional elements like candles, incense, crystals, or a journal to enhance your experience. Choose items that resonate with you and contribute to creating a sacred space.
2. Prepare Your Space
Designate a quiet and comfortable space where you can participate fully in the virtual cacao ceremony without distractions. Clear the area of clutter and ensure that it feels energetically inviting. Set up any additional items you have chosen, such as candles or crystals, to create a sacred ambiance.
3. Prepare your Cacao
Be sure to come with your Cacao already made. Below is a video on one of Alexandria’s favorite Cacao recipes. To fully embrace the transformative power of Cacao, it is advisable to avoid excessive caffeine and alcohol consumption before gathering. Caffeine, being a stimulant, can create restlessness and interfere with your ability to be present during the ceremony. Similarly, alcohol can dull your senses and disrupt your connection with the spiritual aspects of the ritual.
4. Arrive on Time
Please join us on time. If you will be more than 5 minutes late, we ask that you respect the ceremonial container and join the next ceremony.
