Sound is powerful. Unfortunately, many of the environmental sounds around us are triggering to the nervous system- cars honking, ambulance sirens, alarms, and yelling tantrums from children AND adults. It’s important to immerse ourselves in vibrational sound that can be healing and regulating to our nervous system. Submersing ourselves in precise sound frequencies can help reduce stress and remove any stagnant energetic or emotional blockages in our bodies.
Alexandria offers two different types of community sound baths - Conscious Connection and Grounding Gathering.

Conscious Connection
This community sound bath creates the opportunity to guide yourself back into your body, your physical essence and explore your internal sensory world. When we are consumed with our minds, we lose connection with our bodies. Reconnecting our body and mind together allows us to connect consciously to our heart space with an intentional awareness of our own emotions and feelings with out becoming overwhelmed or frozen by our own thoughts or stories. Allowing us to expand our consciousness, embrace our imagination, and soothe our mind and body into a meditative space of deep relaxation.
Unlike most community sound baths, where you bring your own yoga mat with little support, Alexandria provides each individual with a 4-inch memory foam mattress, blankets, pillow, and eye mask to help your unwind, relax, and connect. Space is limited to honor each individual’s enhance, intimate experience. This sound bath provides the opportunity to connect with like minded community in a casual environment. This peaceful atmosphere allows you to soothe your mind and body as you regain a sense of peace and balance. Take time to rest, restore, and/or recharge. Whatever you need. You will leave feeling more centered and grounded to support you in your every day life.
You provide your own yoga mat and any other comfort items to support your experience. We often gather outside in nature where space is open and we can connect with all the beautiful elements.
