Conscious Connection Sound Bath is a time to unwind from the stresses of life and guide yourself back into your body, your physical essence and explore your internal sensory world.
Sound is powerful. Unfortunately, many of the environmental sounds around us are triggering to the nervous system- cars honking, ambulance sirens, alarms, and yelling tantrums from children AND adults. It’s important to immerse ourselves in vibrational sound that can be healing and regulating to our nervous system. Submersing ourselves in precise sound frequencies can help reduce stress and remove any stagnant energetic or emotional blockages in our bodies.
Unlike most community sound baths, where you bring your own yoga mat with little support, Alexandria provides each individual with a 4-inch memory foam bed, soft blankets, a pillow, and eye mask to help your unwind, relax, and connect.
Space is limited to honor each individual’s enhanced, intimate experience.
Doors open at 5:45 pm and will close promptly at 6:00 pm to honor the space as we begin.
